Experience:

• 3+ years of applied ML
• Experience shipping ML to production

Responsibilities:

• Train and ship speech, language, and conversation models
• Set up evaluation harness against real production call data
• Identify highest-leverage model improvements based on customer-visible metrics
• Ship measurable improvements to production-critical models
• Define and own the evaluation pipeline
• Reduce inference latency or cost without dropping accuracy
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams
• Stand up continuous training and evaluation loop
• Document model surface for faster onboarding

Additional responsibilities:

• Work close to founders and ship quickly
• Build voice layer for APAC enterprises

Nice to have:

• Specialization in speech, NLP, or LLM
• Strong instinct for fine-tuning, retrieval, and prompt engineering
