Experience:

• 5+ years of industry experience in AI / data science applications roles
• Experience ideally within a MarTech, CX, or Digital environment
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Experience working in distributed/global teams

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in NLP
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions for Consumer Engagement platforms
• Deliver prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-grade implementations
• Develop audience segmentation, propensity scoring, content recommendations, and predictive analytics
• Monitor and improve AI models through testing, tuning, and feedback loops
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions
• Align solutions with enterprise standards and cloud infrastructure
• Translate business needs into scalable AI models
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and CX teams

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensure scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance consumer and business outcomes
• Play a key role in ensuring right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across digital product areas
