Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and Generative AI solutions
• Build and optimize AI and GEN AI technologies
• Integrate AI solutions into existing healthcare technology systems
• Ensure effectiveness in improving healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with industry standards
• LLM fine-tuning using multiple techniques
• Build agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training on large healthcare datasets
• Develop APIs and integrate seamlessly with existing stacks
• Continuous monitoring and refinement of AI models
• Apply ML Ops and LLM Ops best practices
• Implement guardrails and ethical AI practices
• Enhance workflows through AI-driven automation
• Lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Translate business needs into deployable AI solutions

Additional responsibilities:

• Architect AI solutions and convince multiple stakeholders
