Experience:

• 5 plus to around 15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Experience developing and deploying AI solutions
• Experience in multiple LLM fine tuning techniques
• Experience in building GEN AI solutions using RAG architecture
• Experience in Agentic AI Frameworks and Workflow
• Experience in ML Ops and LLM Ops
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL databases)

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train machine learning, deep learning, time series models, Gen AI, predictive analytics, NLP, and image processing solutions for healthcare
• Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments
• Work with large healthcare datasets including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
• Implement and optimize AI models within existing technology stack
• Evaluate models and continuously monitor performance of ML/DL and LLMs
• Ensure AI implementations adhere to healthcare industry regulations and data privacy standards
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize business processes using AI
• Collaborate with software engineers for seamless integration
• Lead teams and interface with other department leads to translate business requirements into feasible AI solutions

Additional responsibilities:

• Apply security measures and implement guard rails in GEN AI solutions
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML/GEN AI advancements and explore new technologies
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
• Develop APIs and integrations
• Performance optimization for accuracy, efficiency, and speed

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS)
• Good to have front end development skills in React, Angular or Vue.js
