Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of GenAI engineers with technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentoring, and code reviews
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications
• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock and agent orchestration frameworks
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions including vector database integration and prompt engineering
• Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and accelerators to standardize GenAI engineering practices
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS using Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Terraform
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to translate BFSI requirements into scalable GenAI solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues including hallucination rates, retrieval quality, latency, cost optimization, and production incidents
• Produce high-quality technical documentation such as architecture documents, HLDs, LLDs, API documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and engineering practices
