Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of overall software engineering experience
• At least 3 years focused on LLM application development and deployment

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related quantitative field

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, optimization, and governance of Generative AI ecosystem
• Design and scale agentic AI systems for complex workflows
• Develop evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for AI performance
• Implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation strategies
• Optimize model inference performance with quantization and caching
• Collaborate with Data Science and DevOps teams to transition prototypes to production-ready APIs
• Implement safety guardrails, red-teaming workflows, and alignment mechanisms

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensure AI outputs meet industry regulations and brand-safety standards
