Experience:

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering
• 2–3 years in a lead role

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of scalable AI-powered applications
• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and evaluation
• Design and implement LLM-based applications such as autonomous agents and chatbots
• Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary models
• Develop complex agentic workflows
• Implement expert-level prompt engineering
• Take full ownership of AI lifecycle from design to production
• Drive architectural decisions for AI platforms ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability
• Write clean, high-performance Python code following OOP principles
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for project execution
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholders
• Manage model and prompt versioning and documentation

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensure AI systems maintain scalability and performance under heavy production workloads
• Optimize inference latency and system costs rapidly under pressure
• Apply analytical thinking to solve challenges like system drift, hallucinations, and latency
• Implement and manage evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to maintain system quality
