Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML
• Experience collaborating with Sr. AI/ML engineers and Lead to develop new machine learning models

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Experiment with novel model architectures or algorithms
• Design autonomous systems with reasoning, planning, and interaction capabilities
• Prototype and refine algorithms to improve model performance, scalability, and interpretability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply theoretical AI advancements
• Conduct experimentation and benchmarking for model efficacy and robustness
• Publish findings and contribute to open-source initiatives
• Ensure ethical AI development with fairness, transparency, and accountability
• Optimize training pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale deployment
• Partner with data engineering and product teams for AI solution integration
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions
• Analyze and investigate within area of expertise
• Provide explanations and interpretations

Additional responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms
• Translate business needs into scalable applications enhancing products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives including work location, team changes, and work environment flexibility

Nice to have:

• Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Developer Associate
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Agentic AI concepts and implementation
