Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Role Focus: • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns • Architect scalable retrieval pipelines and integrate tool/function calling for agent workflows • Build reproducible ML pipelines • Implement CI/CD for ML • Containerize services with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes • Deploy on cloud platforms with robust observability • Implement A/B tests, canary releases, and performance optimization • Own cost governance and capacity planning • Conduct rigorous evaluation using offline metrics + human-in-the-loop • Implement guardrails and content safety checks • Collaborate with data engineering to operationalize data • Design and manage vector databases/search and feature stores • Partner with stakeholders to preprocess, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets • Ensure code quality and security • Adhere to data governance, model review, and compliance requirements • Champion Responsible AI practices • Lead technical design reviews, guide trade-off decisions, and mentor engineers and data scientists
