2–5+ years of experience leading engineering teams

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Role Focus: • Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and scalable architecture • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
