Experience:

• 5+ years in software architecture or AI/ML
• 2 years experience with Google Cloud Platform

Qualification:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• Master's in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of conversational AI and voice solutions using Google Dialogflow
• Build and optimize voice bots and virtual agents with high-quality NLU and speech processing
• Develop and enhance AI/ML models and LLM-based capabilities including Gemini Enterprise CX
• Implement real-time communication solutions using LiveKit
• Integrate AI systems with backend services, APIs, and enterprise platforms
• Establish scalable architectures, DevOps/MLOps practices, and performance monitoring
• Lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experiences

Additional responsibilities:

• Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives including possible transfer, reassignment, or changes in work shifts and environment
• Adapt to company policy changes and alternative work arrangements as required

Nice to have:

• Google Cloud certification
• Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering
