Experience:

• 4–5 years of work experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or a related domain

Qualification:

• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered tools
• Work with researchers to identify workflows for AI augmentation
• Build practical AI solutions including RAG systems, research synthesis tools, data dashboards, and automated monitoring pipelines
• Develop and maintain AI-powered discovery and retrieval interfaces on digital platforms
• Enable readers to search, navigate, and engage with publications
• Iterate on deployed tools based on user feedback
• Ensure AI-assisted outputs meet standards of accuracy and credibility

Additional responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
• Embed AI tools within existing digital platforms
