Role Focus:

Deliver strategic advice to clients by providing data-driven recommendations
Independently manage communications with clients
Design and implement GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, or traditional AI/ML algorithms
Demonstrate knowledge of life sciences datasets
Support the delivery of consulting projects for global clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Apply design thinking principles and business process optimization

Additional responsibilities:

Support delivery of small to medium-sized teams to deliver consulting projects for global clients
Provide Subject matter expertise in various sub-segments of the LS industry
Develop assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research, or white papers
Acquire new skills that have utility across industry groups
Support strategies and operating models focused on some business units
Co-lead proposals, and business development efforts
Execute a transformational change plan aligned with the client’s business strategy
Make presentations to a known audience or client on functional aspects of his or her domain
