Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in generative AI engineering

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement generative AI products and applications
• Design and develop front-end and back-end components
• Integrate AI applications into existing systems
• Manage full engineering lifecycle from research to deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and develop solutions
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and pilot projects

Additional responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issues
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and security best practices
• Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
