Experience:

• 6-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP
• Deliver large-scale AI/Gen AI projects across multiple industries and domains

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc degree or equivalent from accredited university

Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with business and functional analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts
• Prepare technical architecture and design, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities
• Develop solutions in line with technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes
• Create and enforce technical design and development guides, templates, and standards
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings and manage deliverables
• Prepare weekly status reports for leadership review
• Conduct detailed deliverable reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Collaborate with onsite clients, coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional teams
• Design templates or scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks
• Work with Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt engineers, and other Data & AI professionals to deliver projects from inception to implementation
• Brainstorm, build and improve AI/Gen AI models and identify scope for improvements and best practices

Additional responsibilities:

• Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand business problem statements and project requirements
• Assist and participate in pre-sales, client pursuits and proposals

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Vector DB, Neo4J or relevant Graph DBs
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and GIT
• AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute
