Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, solution development, data engineering, or similar technology roles

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions to improve business processes and automate workflows
• Build scalable AI applications using cloud AI services, LLMs, enterprise data platforms, and Microsoft AI technologies
• Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, intelligent search solutions, and knowledge management applications
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering strategies, semantic search, and vector database solutions
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows to automate business tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Develop secure APIs and integration patterns connecting AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases
• Create reusable AI components, frameworks, and development standards to accelerate enterprise AI adoption
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI solution performance, quality, security, and cost
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative opportunities supporting digital transformation

Additional responsibilities:

• Work closely with Data Engineers, Power Platform Engineers, software developers, and technology partners
• Help shape the enterprise AI platform and transform innovative ideas into production-ready solutions
