Responsibilities:

• Own and extend autonomous coding pipelines that convert Jira tickets into reviewed Apex/LWC pull requests
• Develop and maintain a root-cause engine with continuous evaluation against real fixes
• Enforce architectural decision records with deterministic enforcement seams across repositories
• Build TDD tooling enabling local in-memory Apex test runs for red-green-refactor cycles
• Design and improve quality and safety guardrails including formatting, scanning, and blocking bad edits
• Push the frontier of AI-native platform development with deterministic checks, compile-time types, runtime guardrails, and autonomous pipelines

Additional responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers experienced in ERP at scale
• Experiment, iterate rapidly, and instrument results to learn from failures
• Help teammates level up on AI without ego
• Participate in deep technical interviews focused on AI-assisted systems, models, eval, and agentic coding challenges
