Experience:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and projects including installation, upgrades, and deployment
• Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
• Review and analyze technical assignments related to low to medium risk deliverables
• Present recommendations for resolving issues or escalate as needed
• Exercise independent judgment while understanding security and compliance requirements
• Provide information to technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Additional responsibilities:

• Support building strong customer relationships balanced with risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture
• Execute all applicable risk programs including Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance
• Follow Wells Fargo policies and procedures and fulfill risk and compliance obligations
• Timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues
• Make sound risk decisions commensurate with business unit’s risk appetite
• Proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms preferred
