Experience:

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production applications/services
• Doctorate Degree and 0 years related work experience
• Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
• Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and APIs integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
• Implement business logic around AI outputs including validation and fallback behaviors
• Build integration layers connecting AI services with enterprise systems and data sources
• Own delivery of complex features/components with limited guidance
• Write clean, maintainable code with documentation
• Build robust unit and integration testing
• Ensure features meet performance, reliability, and security expectations
• Instrument services with logging, metrics, and tracing
• Support production monitoring and incident triage
• Troubleshoot issues across environments
• Participate in on-call and operational support rotations
• Apply responsible AI practices such as logging, transparency, and guardrails

Additional responsibilities:

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and product partners to deliver features from design through production support

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to event-driven systems including queues and streams
• Experience with observability tooling
• Basic front-end development experience
• Experience building AI-assisted UX flows
