Experience:

• 10-12 years with Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years with Master’s degree
• Minimum 7 years in advanced data science projects
• 2-3 years leading high-performing data science or ML teams
• Experience delivering GenAI and agentic solutions
• Proven ability to build and deploy scalable ML models using cloud services (AWS, Azure)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Certifications in GenAI/ML platforms (AWS/Azure) are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions focusing on GenAI applications
• Drive innovation by staying current with AI advancements, especially generative models and LLMs
• Collaborate with data scientists to align AI and Data Science initiatives
• Engage in hands-on development and guide best practices for code quality, version control, and ML/AI Ops pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across platforms and services
• Design, pilot, and scale AI solutions aligned with the broader International AI strategy
• Translate complex algorithmic outputs into clear, outcome-oriented narratives for senior leadership

Additional responsibilities:

• Champion a culture of experimentation and adoption of best practices
• Inspire teams with a can-do attitude and act as an AI role model

Nice to have:

• Experience in the commercial pharma industry
• Master’s in computer science or data science
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project delivery
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking
