Experience:

• 7 to 12 Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Drive end-to-end AI initiatives collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
• Architect scalable AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud-native services
• Provide technical leadership in Python, AI/ML frameworks, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Azure OpenAI
• Define AI architectures, model selection strategies, data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, and optimization approaches
• Lead development of AI Copilots, Coding Assistants, and intelligent automation solutions across enterprise use cases
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, governance, responsible AI adoption, and solution quality
• Drive integration of AI services with enterprise applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, APIs, Azure AI Search, and Cosmos DB
• Ensure solution scalability, security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization through cloud-native and CI/CD practices
• Mentor engineering teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, technical coaching, and AI adoption initiatives
• Evaluate emerging AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies and translate them into business value
• Partner with leadership to define AI roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Additional responsibilities:

• Provide direction and mentorship for junior AI engineers in all project aspects
• Participate and perform code reviews of Generative AI, AI components, and codebase
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting Java application incidents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business interactions

Nice to have:

• Experience developing and managing products/solutions using .NET Platform or Java Platform (Full Stack & Monolith)
• Understanding and working knowledge of Classic ASP and VB6
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
• Experience with DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes for continuous delivery
• Basic understanding of cloud security best practices
