Role Focus: • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them to our products • Conduct literature reviews and research to gain insights into state-of-the-art AI models and techniques • Collaborate with senior AI Engineers to brainstorm, test and propose innovative AI solutions • Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve conversational interactions and user experience • Develop Custom GPTs tailored to domain-specific needs, including prompt libraries, guardrails, and integrations with enterprise knowledge • Conduct A/B testing, user studies, and performance evaluations to refine and optimize prompt strategies • Establish and document best practices for prompt engineering across teams • Support the design and development of AI Agents that can autonomously plan, reason, and act across multi-step workflows • Build and integrate APIs and tools for enabling GPT-based agents to interact with enterprise systems and third-party applications • Implement monitoring and feedback loops to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant execution of agentic AI workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agent behavior with business processes, compliance, and responsible AI practices
