Experience:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Additional responsibilities:

• Process, clean and analyse data using statistical techniques to derive actionable insights
• Spot emerging tech trends and drive Proof of Concepts or pilot solutions
• Engage in continuous learning through courses, certifications and research papers
• Support building strong customer relationships balanced with risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture
• Execute all applicable risk programs including Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance
• Follow and adhere to Wells Fargo policies and procedures
• Fulfill risk and compliance obligations with timely escalation and remediation
• Make sound risk decisions commensurate with business unit’s risk appetite
• Proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation

Nice to have:

• Experience in building or training ML models and tuning hyperparameters
