• Over 1 year using AI tools
• Experience starting something from zero to live
• Experience with full-stack development including backend, data pipelines, LLM orchestration, frontend, and deployment infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-impact business problems and conceive AI-powered solutions
• Build production systems end-to-end including architecture, backend, data pipelines, LLM orchestration, and frontend
• Ship solutions to production and own the outcome with metrics and phased rollouts
• Switch between technical depth and C-suite context for presentations and reviews
• Multiply AI capability across the organization through frameworks, tools, and workshops
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Risk, Engineering, and Legal without direct authority

Additional responsibilities:

• Debug models and review legal terms for AI partnerships
• Fix issues when systems break and analyze business metrics
• Work in a fast-paced environment with shifting company priorities
• Create structure only where it helps and move faster than the process
