At least 2 years in Generative AI / LLMs

Role Focus:

Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Transformers, and Prompt engineering
Own full lifecycle from problem scoping, model design to deployment and post-production optimization
Build and maintain reusable frameworks, pipelines, and prompt libraries
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Conduct research and experimentation to evaluate new techniques in Generative AI and NLP
Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders through storytelling and visualizations
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Work independently and drive projects end-to-end from development to production
