Experience working with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level or complex system implementations
Experience with deploying AI/ML models to production systems

Qualification:

Role Focus:

Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions at scale
Partner with business SMEs, product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams
Determine operational feasibility through analysis and problem definition
Build and maintain data pipelines for training, testing, and evaluating LLMs and machine learning models
Incorporate latest GenAI and AI/ML research and trends into product offerings
Improve and optimize model performance for robustness, scalability, and efficiency
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists
Ensure code and model development are well-documented and follow engineering practices

Additional responsibilities:

Perform other incidental duties
Adhere to company rules and requirements including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules
Take adequate control measures to prevent injuries and environmental pollution
