Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver flagship AI solutions for HR, including employee-facing assistants, talent acquisition copilots, knowledge agents for HR Services, and decision support for Workforce Analytics
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from problem framing and data through model selection, evaluation, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement
• Help attract, onboard, and develop talent in India
• Coach engineers on their craft and shape engineering culture with international HR AI leadership
• Partner with HR colleagues to translate business pain points into concrete AI solution concepts with realistic build plans, data requirements, and paths to production
• Demystify what AI can and cannot do for HR stakeholders
• Co-create with HR instead of delivering to them
• Embed AI fluency into day-to-day HR work
• Embed fairness, transparency, data protection, and human oversight into every solution
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Works Council, and Legal to ensure pilots are safe and trustworthy by design
• Contribute to the HR AI roadmap by sequencing quick wins, foundational platforms, and strategic bets
• Bring HR’s perspective into the broader Siemens Energy AI community

Additional responsibilities:

• Review early prototypes and improve assistant grounding in HR knowledge
• Iterate on prompts and inspect failure cases
• Sharpen evaluation sets
• Participate in technical design reviews on retrieval and agent orchestration
• Align with Cyber Security and Data Privacy on guardrails for pilots
• Sketch the next quarter’s HR AI roadmap with international HR AI leadership
• Balance quick wins, foundational building blocks, and bolder bets

Nice to have:

• Prior experience delivering AI solutions in HR, People Analytics, or enterprise functions such as Finance, Legal, or Procurement
• Familiarity with the HR platform landscape such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD
• Experience building teams or communities of practice in India or across globally distributed organizations
• Familiarity with regulated, data-sensitive environments and works-council settings
