Experience:

• 12+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or similar
• Experience building scalable, production-grade distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience designing or operating API and gateway platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise gateway solutions such as Azure API Management, Kong, Envoy, or equivalent proxy/gateway technologies

Qualification:

• Master's degree in computer science or similar major

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms
• Integrate MCP servers, LLMs, and supporting services
• Improve platform efficiency, automation, and engineering productivity
• Design, build, and operate LLM-powered capabilities
• Ensure solutions are secure, observable, auditable, and production-ready at enterprise scale
• Define and recommend security architectures and mitigations for agentic and AI-driven systems
• Act as a technical leader and role model
• Write clean, modular, testable, and well-documented code
• Set engineering standards
• Provide high-impact code reviews
• Mentor talent to grow as technical leaders
• Manage directly and indirectly reported team members
• Oversee performance management
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms
• Translate business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Join the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platform Services team
