Experience:

3 to 8 years of startup work experience in engineering roles
Proven experience independently handling projects end to end, from development and architecture to cloud deployment, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance

Role Focus: • Strong hands-on engineering ownership across AI workflows • backend architecture • document intelligence • data extraction • validation engines • APIs • production-grade platform development • convert business requirements into working products with speed, judgment, and minimal supervision
