Experience:

• 6+ years of professional experience in building web scale, highly available, multi-tenant SaaS backend platforms
• 3+ years of active experience in AI/ML projects focusing on agentic AI systems, AI Agents, LLMs, and NLP
• 2+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven features
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models and agentic systems using Python
• Provide technical expertise in requirements analysis, design, effort estimation, development, testing, and delivery of scalable backend and AI services
• Collaborate with product management, architects, and engineering teams to translate needs into technical requirements
• Support technical design and architecture discussions and drive technical decisions
• Estimate work scope and timelines and deliver on commitments
• Implement and enforce software development techniques to meet integration, performance, security, and maintainability standards
• Research, test, benchmark, and evaluate new tools and technologies for product development
• Maintain high standards of software quality by writing clean, testable, maintainable, and secure code
• Mentor and coach team members and conduct peer code reviews
• Identify issues and opportunities and advocate or implement changes
• Perform critical maintenance, deployment, and release support including off-hours support

• Experience with public cloud architectures and cloud native services
