Role Focus:

Configure Agentforce features for
Design agentic workflows using Agentforce Activator and pre-built skills
Define future-state architecture incorporating Einstein AI and AI tools
Configure Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud features
Apply security-by-design principles for agent operations
Build Lightning Web Components, Apex classes/triggers, Visualforce pages, and Flows
Optimize code for governor limits and scalable transaction patterns
Use Agentforce developer tools including AI-assisted debugging
Establish reusable component libraries and prompt assets
Implement agentic workflows for automation and decision-making
Enable Einstein AI features to boost productivity and customer experience
Deliver Retrieval Augmented Generation with governed knowledge sources
Instrument real-time analytics and operational dashboards
Design and implement REST API integrations and manage OAuth 2.0
Integrate with CTI/CCaaS platforms and middleware like MuleSoft
Ensure data quality, deduplication, governance, and compliance controls
Produce BRD, HLD, LLD, sequence and flow diagrams, and security models
Document prompt catalogs, agent skills/playbooks, and operational runbooks
Conduct design reviews, threat modeling, and compliance checks
Manage source control and CI/CD using Git, SFDX, and optionally Copado
Implement automated testing and deployment strategies
Apply static analysis and code quality gates
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, BAs, QA in Agile/Scrum
Mentor peers on Agentforce, Einstein, and secure AI development practices

Additional responsibilities:

Apply security-by-design including data masking/de-masking and principle of least privilege
Manage environment best practices and rollback/hotfix strategies
Contribute to standards and knowledge transfer
Use Data Loader and SFDX for data operations
Model AI knowledge sources for Retrieval Augmented Generation
Work with Agile tools for backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Nice to have:

Experience with Copado for release management
Experience with CTI/CCaaS platform integration
