Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Ph.D. is a plus

Role Focus:

Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for healthcare applications
Develop and maintain full lifecycle of machine learning solutions including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for machine learning applications
Continuously monitor and improve performance of machine learning models and systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Additional responsibilities:

Ensure seamless integration of machine learning applications with existing systems

Nice to have:

Experience with generative AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, Vector Databases, RAG architectures, and transfer learning
Ph.D. degree
Understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
