Qualification:

Role Focus:

Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems for complex tasks
Architect orchestration layers using open-source frameworks
Implement advanced LLM techniques including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and semantic caching
Leverage Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem to build secure, scalable AI backends
Design and develop enterprise automations integrating AI agents with Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom API connectors
Connect autonomous agents to enterprise data sources and legacy applications securely
Provide architectural governance and establish engineering best practices for code quality, testing, security, and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines
Lead and mentor engineering teams fostering continuous learning
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business processes and define technical roadmaps focused on outcome-based delivery
