Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Role Focus: • Develops, maintains and implements software code • Develops automated unit test procedures and scripts • Develops/decomposes, documents and maintains designs for software implementation artifacts • Contributes to software requirement definition and verification activities • Troubleshoots and investigates difficult problems across software components

Additional responsibilities:

Work close and engage with project support teams
Provides guidance to less experienced employees
Performs research, contributes to proposals, documents research and development results
Provides subject matter expertise on software techniques, methodologies and processes to customers, suppliers, application users, and other technical and support personnel

Nice to have:

AI, ML, or prompt-engineering certifications (e.g., LLM, NLP, Responsible AI, or equivalent industry certifications)
Familiarity with ARINC data standards and aeronautical data models
Experience supporting audits, certification, or independent verification and validation (IV&V) activities
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model risk management frameworks
