Responsibilities:

• Design, refine, and iterate prompts for high-quality LLM responses
• Support integration of optimized prompts into LLM orchestration workflows and Agentic RAG pipelines
• Help conduct A/B testing and evaluate prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and response times
• Support automated pipelines where AI agents solve multi-step problems
• Review AI outputs for hallucinations, edge cases, safety, and ethical alignment
• Build and maintain an internal library of prompt templates and version control histories

Additional responsibilities:

• Learn from senior engineering team members and AI Solutions Engineers
• Assist in shaping how AI systems interact, reason, and deliver value
