Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation of the PLM ecosystem
• Design, implement, and scale agentic AI capabilities for PLM workflows
• Bridge PLM platforms, engineering stakeholders, and enterprise AI architecture
• Drive AI adoption across the product lifecycle from requirements to EBOM and MBOM management
• Enable digital twin use cases
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems for reasoning over complex PLM data
• Automate classification and change impact analysis
• Architect RAG pipelines for engineering-grade accuracy
• Build retrieval systems for structured PLM data and unstructured technical content
• Lead development of MCP servers and secure integration layers for enterprise AI agents
• Define the AI maturity roadmap
• Ensure deployments meet enterprise standards for privacy, IP protection, and cost governance
