Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on back-end development
• Hands-on experience leading projects, features, or PODs
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or ML-powered features into real-world applications

Qualification:

• Computer Science fundamentals

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and PODs end-to-end
• Lead design discussions with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Design and build LLM-powered workflows
• Build retrieval-augmented generation workflows
• Build agent-based behaviors
• Build tool-integrated orchestration
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for the Talent Management product suite
• Ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence across production systems
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and raising the technical bar

Additional responsibilities:

• Modernize and extend a large-scale production system
• Build next-generation AI-powered capabilities on top of the existing platform
• Support stability, performance, and scalability of existing enterprise product lines

Nice to have:

• Ability to develop software in any one mainstream programming language
• Python preferred
