Experience:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP
• Led a team of 10+ members on multiple end to end AI and GenAI projects
• Led and delivered large-scale AI/Gen AI projects across multiple industries and domains
• Experience with deployment and related activities for multiple Production grade projects
• Led a team of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt engineers, and other Data & AI professionals

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions
• Lead cross-functional and global teams
• Mentor junior members
• Collaborate to understand functional requirements
• Support sales and proposal efforts
• Drive end-to-end project delivery including estimation and planning
• Provide architectural and implementation recommendations
• Lead documentation efforts ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
• Direct design and development of solutions ensuring timely delivery
• Identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports
• Facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement
• Respond to proposals with accurate estimations and technical input

Additional responsibilities:

• Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand business problem statements and project requirements
• Brainstorm, build and improve AI/Gen AI models and identify scope for improvements and best practices
• Assist and participate in pre-sales, client pursuits and proposals

• Follow research papers and innovate/present best approaches related to Generative AI components
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and GIT
