Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering, data cleaning, processing and automation
• Construct, test, install, and maintain software applications
• Build GenAI/ML end-to-end solutions using Python and modern LLM/GenAI frameworks
• Assist in building RAG-based applications integrating LLMs with document retrieval tools
• Prepare and index datasets into vector stores for RAG pipelines
• Support development of agentic or task-oriented AI workflows
• Design and implement prototypes and POCs
• Assist in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating NLP/LLM models
• Research and experiment with innovative GenAI/LLM techniques
• Evaluate potential technologies for adoption
• Plan acceptance testing and implementation of new software
• Develop secure and highly performant services and APIs
• Ensure system architecture is quality tested, scalable and maintainable
• Work with Bain team or end-clients as an expert or lead teams to deliver insights
• Solve complex back-end system and analysis issues
• Prepare documentation for further reference
• Build scalable and automated pipelines, systems and algorithms
• Manage internal and external stakeholders providing expertise in data management and tools
• Work under guidance of Team Manager/Sr. Team Manager on team management and client communication
• Assign work streams to Analysts & Associates and monitor workload
• Provide tool based technical expertise to junior team members
• Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines
• Lead client/case team calls and communicate data, insights and next steps
• Identify team development needs and provide feedback
• Assist in recruiting and training activities

Nice to have:

• Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of environment creation and management
• Experience in managing productized solutions
