Experience:

• 5+ years in software engineering with technical leadership
• 1+ years in dedicated AI/ML role with model integration and MLOps experience
• 1+ years architecting and building solutions with LangChain, LangGraph or similar
• 2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services
• 3+ years experience with Kubernetes workloads

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy complex AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph
• Design, test, and refine prompts and contextual data frameworks
• Identify, prototype, and integrate latest foundational AI models and agentic frameworks
• Engineer and operate AI systems at production scale on Google Cloud Platform
• Establish and lead MLOps best practices for AI agents using tools like Langfuse
• Collaborate with product leaders, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs
• Use AI code-assist tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Build, manage, and mentor a cross-functional engineering team
• Define and report on engineering metrics (SLA, SLO, SLI) and ensure compliance with DevSecOps and FinOps
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, SREs, and business partners on technical strategy and architecture
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production and customer issues
• Participate and lead agile team activities including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Drive data/metrics-driven optimization and efficient solution creation
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and run books
• Create and deliver technical presentations to diverse stakeholders

Additional responsibilities:

• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong expertise in Generative AI including models like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Llama
• Experience creating and deploying AI agents to production environments
• Experience leveraging AI-powered code assistants to accelerate development lifecycle
• History of solving ambiguous, complex technical challenges
• Passion for applying AI to solve real-world problems at scale
• Ability to mentor engineers and work effectively in a team environment
