Role Focus: • Lead the design and governance of frontend architecture • Define and enforce AI experience design standards • Architect and govern scalable, secure backend systems and APIs • Partner with product management to align technical delivery with product roadmaps • Lead and develop a diverse engineering team

Additional responsibilities:

Maintain expertise in modern development tools and AI-augmented toolchains
Ensure governance of UX implementation standards including accessibility and responsive design principles

Nice to have:

Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies
Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques
Experience with front-end state management libraries
Proven capability in designing seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
Skilled in driving technical alignment across front-end and back-end teams
Expertise in defining and managing CI/CD pipeline standards
Experience deploying solutions on major cloud platforms
