Role Focus:

Design and build scalable systems and APIs for agentic workflows
Push the frontier of AI-driven engineering including prompt orchestration and agent frameworks
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to translate healthcare processes into automations
Architect systems for scale and reliability with transparent human escalation pathways
Shape the pod’s technical strategy and mentor team members
Create and optimize AI pipelines to identify and resolve medical billing and insurance claim errors
Build automated agents and backend services handling complex case flows with minimal human intervention
Integrate domain-specific healthcare knowledge into models and decision engines
Develop tooling and infrastructure to measure and improve AI performance in real-world scenarios
