Experience:

Role Focus:

Embed with enterprise customers and own technical work across the full customer journey from demos to production
Work with customer engineering teams adopting Claude Code and redesigning SDLC processes
Co-build agentic applications and modernize legacy systems on the Claude developer platform
Partner with business stakeholders to deploy AI agents into core operations like sales, customer service, and finance
Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops
Take customer teams from beginner to power user across Claude Code and related platforms
Codify deployment patterns and provide feedback to forgd and Anthropic product teams
Lead discovery into customer environments and create clear technical plans
Advise on AI-native development changes to engineering practices including issue management, branching, testing, code review, and security
Guide adoption programs to scale Claude across engineering and business teams
Scope engagements including assumptions, risks, milestones, and dependencies
Build technical artifacts tailored to customer stacks such as evaluation frameworks, MCP servers, sub-agents, and deployment configurations

Additional responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with Anthropic on customer engagements including joint working sessions and early access to product changes
Operate autonomously in customer environments with high agency and comfort with ambiguity

Nice to have:

Background in professional services or consulting
Track record leading developer productivity or developer experience at scale
Vertical experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
Experience driving organizational change
