Role Focus:

design AI-powered applications using large language models
develop intelligent tools to support scheduling, logistics, procurement, and plant operations
build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines across structured and unstructured sources
develop production-ready agent workflows
construct AI-ready data pipelines from ERP, logistics, and production systems
partner with stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases
work within a small development team
collaborate closely with operational leadership

Additional responsibilities:

translate ambiguous problems into functional solutions
operate independently
communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
