    • At least one year owning a production GenAI or ML system
    • Professional experience building back-end or ML-powered products

    Role Focus: • Own problems end-to-end • Build production back ends • Ship on AWS • Work across modalities • Make it observable • Validate and govern • Automate the path to prod • Collaborate without handoffs
