Zinier is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build AI capabilities that power every function across the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and be able to design, build, deploy, and enable solutions enterprise-wide.

Experience:

3+ years software engineering experience with substantive focus on AI/ML, LLM applications, or automation engineering

Qualification:

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language

Role Focus: • Design pragmatic solutions for real problems • Rapid prototyping and iterative delivery • Build agentic AI systems where justified • Score and prioritise opportunities • Transition prototypes to production • Build reusable infrastructure • Synthesise findings into recommendations • Justify cost, complexity, and value • Train and enable departmental teams • Cultivate AI champions across the org • Elevate company-wide AI literacy

Nice to have:

Experience with multi-agent frameworks
Familiarity with agent harness patterns
Experience with automation platforms
Working knowledge of RAG architectures
Domain experience in FSM, enterprise SaaS, or workforce management
