Experience:

Proven experience in fine-tining/distilling LLM
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and deploying machine learning models at scale, including Azure OpenAI Services

Qualification:

Advanced degree PhD in Computer Science or a related field

Role Focus: • Fine-tune or distill LLMs for various use cases • Transform raw unstructured/structured data into trainable datasets for LLM fine-tuning/distillation • Design AI agents for IQVIA’s Agentic AI framework • Create proof-of-concepts to showcase the potential of Generative AI technologies • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members • Present and explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders • Apply consulting principles to deliver tailored AI solutions • Collaborate with internal teams and work directly with pharmaceutical/life sciences institutions
