Experience:

5+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years focused on AI/ML development

Python
AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, Haystack)
Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
API design (RESTful services)
Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

Qualification:

Proven expertise in building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing RAG patterns
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and orchestration libraries
Experience with Vector Databases and managing structured/unstructured data for AI applications
Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and utilizing MLOps practices for model monitoring and versioning

Role Focus:

Design and build end-to-end AI/ML solutions
Develop and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI Agents
Integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems using APIs and orchestration frameworks
Collaborate with data teams to design and implement data pipelines, vector databases, and fine-tuning datasets
Champion best practices for AI development
Partner with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and UX designers to identify high-impact AI use cases

Nice to have:

Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce and their native AI/ML capabilities
