Role Focus:
- Architect and lead development of advanced agentic AI systems
- Own the full model lifecycle
- Lead and mentor the AI team
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise data
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Conduct technical reviews
- Optimize AI infrastructure
- Champion innovation
- Ensure AI model governance
Nice to have:
- Experience building enterprise agentic AI or autonomous workflow orchestration systems
- Expertise with neural search, advanced RAG, and enterprise data integration
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud, or relevant technologies
- Logistics/supply chain software experience
