Role Focus: • Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for recruitment • Build and optimize LLM-powered pipelines (prompting, RAG, evaluation) • Develop candidate-job matching algorithms (ranking, scoring, embeddings) • Work on speech-to-text and conversational AI systems for real-time interviews • Design evaluation frameworks for AI outputs (precision, bias, consistency) • Fine-tune or adapt models as needed (open-source or APIs) • Collaborate with backend team to ship scalable APIs • Improve latency, cost, and reliability of AI systems • Handle structured and unstructured data (CVs, transcripts, job descriptions)
